Stripe payments

Payments are being rebuilt, so Mint doesn’t take payments for now. Every ticket, session and extra is free, and every registration is confirmed straight away. There are no prices, discount codes or refunds. See Tickets.

Stripe is still listed under Integrations, and you can connect it or leave it connected, but nothing uses it until payments come back:

• Guests never go to Stripe’s checkout.
• Mint sends no refunds to Stripe, and doesn’t act on messages from Stripe, so the webhook address shown in the Stripe connection isn’t used.
• Payouts, refunds and disputes for payments taken before payments were removed stay in your Stripe dashboard.

Orders from before

Orders that were paid before payments were removed now show as Confirmed on the Orders tab, and checkouts that were never finished show as Failed. Their payment details are kept, but Mint doesn’t show them. See Managing orders.

You can pause or disconnect Stripe like any other integration. See Edit, pause or disconnect.
