Reporting across your events
The Reports page shows how all your events are doing in one place. Select Reports in the main menu to open it.
It covers every event you can see. Draft events add nothing to the figures: what they collect is test data. See Publishing an event. If your organisation uses groups, that means the events in your groups, events that aren’t in a group, and events you’ve been given access to. See Managing your team and roles.
The Overview
Section titled “The Overview”The Overview tab shows these widgets:
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Attending | How many guests are attending, across all your events |
| Checked in | How many guests were checked in, with the show rate (checked in as a share of attending) |
| Page views | Total views of your event pages |
| Emails sent | The number of event emails sent across your events |
| Registrations | Registrations per day over the last 30 days |
| Top converting themes | Which page templates turn the most visitors into registrations: registrations as a share of page views |
| Top emails | Click rate for each type of email, such as Invitation or Reminder, with the open rate underneath |
| Events | One row per event: Event, Date, Views, Attending, Conversion and Checked in |
In the Events table, select a column heading to sort by it. Conversion is attending guests as a share of page views.
Make your own dashboard
Section titled “Make your own dashboard”You can make dashboards with just the widgets you want, for example one for a campaign.
-
Select “New dashboard”
On the Reports page, select New dashboard.
-
Name it and create it
Enter a Name, for example “Q3 field marketing”, and select Create. The dashboard opens as a new tab, with the Attending, Registrations and Events widgets.
-
Add widgets
Select Add widget and choose one of the widgets on the Overview.
-
Remove widgets you don’t need
Select Remove under a widget.
Changes are saved straight away. Dashboards are shared: everyone in your organisation who can open Reports sees them, and the figures each person sees cover the events they can see.
To delete a dashboard, open its tab and select Delete dashboard at the bottom, then Delete. Only the layout is removed; your data isn’t affected.
Export the figures
Section titled “Export the figures”Select Export CSV at the top of the Reports page. You get a spreadsheet with one row per event and these columns: Event, Starts, Page views, Attending, Checked in and Conversion.
Who can see reports
Section titled “Who can see reports”The Reports page is available to roles with View reports & dashboards: Admin, Group Manager, Creative Specialist, Event Organiser, Integrations Specialist and Viewer (for the events they’re added to). On-Site Specialists can’t see it. See Managing your team and roles.
For one event’s results, see Your event’s results.
