Your event's results

An event’s results are on its Overview tab. Go to Events, open your event, and the Overview opens first.

The three figures at the top give you the state of the event at a glance:

Figure What it shows
Registrations How many guests are attending. Underneath: the capacity, if the event has one, and how many people are waitlisted
Awaiting reply Guests who are invited but haven’t registered yet
Checked in Guests checked in at the event. Underneath: the show rate, checked-in guests as a share of attending guests

If the event has a capacity, a Capacity used bar shows how full it is.

Below these, the Registrations chart shows how many people registered each day over the last 30 days. It counts guests who are still attending.

Further down the Overview, the Performance section has the detail. Some parts only appear when the event uses that feature. On a phone, these cards are folded to their titles: tap a title to open the card.

To download the guest list as a spreadsheet, select Export guests CSV at the top of the Overview.

The file has one row per guest, with these columns: Email, First name, Last name, Company, Job title, Status, Checked in at, List, Tags, Tracking link, Opted out, Registration ID, Plus-one, Date of birth, Minor and Registered at, then one column for each question on your registration form, with each guest’s answer (plus-ones’ answers included).

You can have the guest list emailed to you, or to your team, every morning while the event is live.

  1. Open the event’s Settings tab

Go to Events, open your event and select the Settings tab.

  2. Add the recipients

In the Scheduled exports card, enter each email address under Recipients.

  3. Select “Save recipients”

    Select Save recipients.

Each recipient gets an email with the subject “Daily guest export:” followed by the event’s name, with the guest list attached as a CSV file. It has the same columns as Export guests CSV.

The emails go out every day at 6:00 am UTC, while the event is live, until a week after it ends. To stop them, remove the addresses and select Save recipients again.

The Download now button in the same card downloads the guest list straight away.
