Finding your events
The Events page lists every event you can access across your organisation. Select any event to open it.
Which events you see
Section titled “Which events you see”- If you aren’t in a group, you see every event in your organisation.
- If you’re in one or more groups, you see your groups’ events, events set to Whole organisation, events you created, and events you’ve been added to as a collaborator.
- If you’re a Viewer, you only see the events you’ve been added to as a collaborator.
An event’s group is set when you create it, and can be changed under Settings. See Event settings.
Find an event
Section titled “Find an event”| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search events, venues, tags | Finds events whose name, venue or tags contain what you type. |
| Upcoming | Events that haven’t ended yet, soonest first. This is the default. |
| Past | Events that have ended, most recent first. |
| All | Every event. |
| Cards or Table | Switches the layout. Mint remembers your choice on this browser. |
If nothing matches, you see No events match. Try a different search, or select All.
Each card shows:
- the cover image, if the event has one,
- the event’s status,
- its name, start date and time,
- the venue, Online for virtual events, or Venue TBC if no venue has been set,
- how many people are attending, out of the capacity if there is one, and how many have checked in.
The table has one row per event, with these columns: Event, Status, Date, Invited, Attending and Checked in. Select a column heading to sort by it (every column except Status). Select a row to open the event.
Invited counts guests who have been invited but haven’t registered yet.
